These positions offer Base salary plus commissions paid monthly, with top performers earning $100,000+. The role is part of the Lifebroker business unit using our General Advice model to provide customers with the information and comparisons needed to make an informed decision about their insurance needs. Key Responsibilities Work within the outbound sales team to achieve monthly sales targets. Facilitate phone and online enquiries, delivering a positive experience for all. Guide customers through life insurance options with expertise. Educate clients on available products to ensure they understand all options. Maintain accurate records and documentation, and generate quotes. Collaborate effectively with teams and departments to provide an efficient and accurate application process. Qualifications Proven outbound call centre sales experience (highly regarded). Strong sales methodologies that support an industry‑leading customer experience. Industry experience is a plus, but strong learning ability, initiative, and proactive outcome delivery are also valued. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a hybrid environment. Results‑oriented mindset to meet and exceed KPIs. Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
