We’re now looking for a proactive, experienced Claims Consultant to join our QLD team on a 6-month contract. Based in our Brisbane office, this role suits someone who brings strong technical insurance capability along with empathy, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to navigating complex claims. Someone who takes ownership, communicates with clarity, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. About the Role As a Claims Consultant, you will: Proactively manage claims end-to-end, analysing policy terms and applying sound judgment. Communicate clearly and empathetically with assessors, builders, brokers, and strata managers. Navigate escalations and high-value decisions with confidence and care. Select and coordinate service providers, including assessors, builders, and legal specialists. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve claims outcomes. About You You’re an insurance professional with a solid grounding in claims management. You enjoy solving problems, supporting customers, and making a meaningful impact during challenging moments. You bring: Experience managing property claims or a background in loss adjusting. Strata experience (highly regarded, but not essential). Clear, professional, and empathetic communication skills. A curious mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. Strong attention to detail and confident decision-making under pressure. Full working rights in Australia.
