Motor Claims Consultant – Brisbane, Queensland Join to apply for the Motor Claims Consultant role at Marsh McLennan . We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Claims team at JLT Public Sector (a company of Marsh). This role will be based in the Brisbane – Newstead office and is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week onsite. JLT Public Sector is Australia’s trusted expert in the design and delivery of risk solutions for governments and their communities. With over 50 years of experience, we empower clients to stay protected. You will work with local government in your region, managing self‑insurance funds and in‑house claims resources to protect community interests. We will count on you to: Take responsibility for the management of motor fleet claim files, including assessment, investigation and resolution. Liaise with clients, claimants, and service providers. Provide analysis of claims as required. Prepare necessary correspondence to advance/resolve claims. Regularly review and update claims information. We would like you to have: Motor claims management experience (favoured). Advanced Excel and Word skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Highly developed interpersonal skills. Strong team ethic, orientation, and awareness. Self‑starter and self‑motivated attitude. Attention to detail and high standard of work.
