Role Overview You will serve as the first point of contact for customers lodging motor claims, guiding them through the initial claims process and completing administrative tasks accurately. When You’ll Work Available shifts include Tuesday–Saturday between 7:15am and 8:00pm; Sunday–Thursday between 7:15am and 8:00pm; and Monday–Friday from 1:30pm to 9:30pm. Your journey starts Monday, 2 February 2026 with a comprehensive training program. This is a permanent full‑time role based in Naarm (Burwood) or Meanjin (Brisbane) .
