Role As a Motor Claims Lodgement Consultant at IAG, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers lodging motor claims. Your role focuses on guiding customers through the initial claims process via inbound calls, responding to enquiries, and completing administrative tasks accurately. You’ll work on a rotating roster within fixed days. Tuesday–Saturday between 7:15 am and 8:00 pm Sunday–Thursday between 7:15 am and 8:00 pm Monday–Friday from 1:30 pm to 9:30 pm Your journey starts Monday, 2 February 2026, with a comprehensive training program. We’re seeking individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrate empathy and clear communication, and can navigate multiple systems efficiently. This is a permanent full‑time role based in Naarm (Burwood) or Meanjin (Brisbane). What You’ll Do Act as the first point of contact for customers lodging motor claims Handle inbound calls and guide customers through the initial claims process Accurately capture claim details and complete administrative tasks Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email with empathy and clarity Navigate multiple systems to ensure accurate and timely lodgement Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment What You’ll Bring Strong customer service skills with clear and empathetic communication Excellent verbal and written skills to explain processes effectively Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment while staying focused Problem‑solving skills and confidence to make decisions on the spot Accuracy and attention to detail when navigating multiple systems A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and grow What We Offer Boosted superannuation with 13% as standard. 20 days annual leave + 5 days MyLeave (extra leave for what’s important to you).
