Role As a Motor Claims Lodgement Consultant at IAG, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers lodging motor claims. Your role focuses on guiding customers through the initial claims process via inbound calls, responding to enquiries, and completing administrative tasks accurately. You’ll work on a rotating roster within fixed days. Tuesday–Saturday between 7:15 am and 8:00 pm Sunday–Thursday between 7:15 am and 8:00 pm Monday–Friday from 1:30 pm to 9:30 pm Your journey starts Monday, 2 February 2026 , with a comprehensive training program.
