Well-regarded insurer that’s fast-growing needs a Commercial / Fleet Motor Claims Consultant. Min 2.5 years end to end claims experience. This role reports to the Claims Manager. Do you have solid experience handling commercial motor claims from end to end, ideally including fleet? Then, this could be your perfect next-move What you’ll be doing: Managing a wide variety of commercial motor claims, across different business types from end to end, including salvage and total losses Handling claims under a unique bespoke Commercial Motor Policy Arranging assessments/liaising with brokers Determining liability Commencing recovery action (where appropriate) Responding promptly to queries from relevant parties Managing customer expectations from a client and service provider perspective Working part of a small, tight-knit claims team that values support, consistency and excellence What we’re after: Minimum of 2.5 years experience managing your own portfolio of commercial motor claims, including fleet claims Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle a varied portfolio Excellent communication skills with brokers, repairers, clients—stakeholder management is key Someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and works well in a friendly but high-quality environment High-level literacy is essential Tertiary qualifications and/or ANZIIF membership well regarded Why you’ll like this role: You’ll manage you own portfolio from start to finish with varied claims and business types Stable, low-turnover workplace, where people stay because they appreciate the culture Generous remuneration Support, mentoring, and opportunity to grow as the business expands Hybrid WFH, after completion of training Life, TPD & Salary Continuance Insurance And more If this role is of interest, please APPLY NOW.
