Motor Claims High Impact is a dynamic team encouraging an environment for working both autonomously and as part of a high‑achieving team, all while providing a supportive culture that empowers our team to thrive and deliver exceptional customer service. This is a dynamic role, providing you with excellent exposure. Responding to a high volume of inbound calls, you’ll provide subject‑matter expertise to customers on effective complaints management processes to support and enable positive customer outcomes. This is an opportunity to truly enhance your skill set, as you’ll have access to industry‑leading developmental and training programs. We provide 6 weeks of training and a Rockpool period to ensure you are well‑prepared for the role. Each day will be different, as you’ll put on your thinking hat and offer appropriate customer solutions to vulnerable customers. Work Hours & Availability This role operates on an 8.5‑hour shift schedule, between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday or 11:30 AM and 8:00 PM Monday to Friday. After the training period, you’ll have the opportunity to work from home three days a week. Start Date : February 2, 2026. Location : Permanent role based in Perth (Boorloo), Adelaide (Tarndanya) or Parramatta, Sydney (Dharug country). What You’ll Do Provide an end‑to‑end claims experience. Lodge and manage claims. Act as a referral for claim decisions and processing. Provide proactive, timely, quality and efficient claims outcomes. What You’ll Bring Strong customer service experience. Strong technical experience in the insurance claims industry is advantageous. Strong phone conversation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate, listen and resolve customer enquiries. Confident communicator with a talent for navigating tough conversations with empathy and fairness. Proficient with computers & systems – juggling multiple software systems at the same time.
