As part of our claims team, you will support our Brokers and manage an end-to-end commercial motor claims process, delivering a best practice customer experience. Reporting into our NSW Motor Claims Team Leader you will be responsible for: Facilitate the end-to-end motor claims process, including setting reserves, authorising payments, within authority levels and according to SLAs. Ensuring the customer is kept informed of progress while negotiating options and escalating when required throughout the duration of the claim. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies. Provide prompt attention to all claims in accordance with Company standards and SLA requirements. Keep up to date with industry best practices by participating in business related industry forms and working groups. Skills & Experience: Experience in the insurance motor claims industry with knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, insurance laws and regulations. Takes pride in delivering a high standard of customer service and effective working relationships with internal and external customers and service providers. A team player, who is collaborative, shares their ideas and encourages others.
