Property Claims Service Consultant Sydney NSW & Adelaide SA & Melbourne VIC Permanent Full-time 8:30am-5:00pm (AEST) 4‑6 weeks of remote training; Hybrid working environment. Responsibilities Managing a national property claims portfolio and handling a high volume of inbound/outbound calls. Providing excellent customer service to our customers in a timely manner. Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders and delivering the best possible outcomes for our customers. Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues. Qualifications High level of customer‑service experience, ideally within a claims environment. Insurance knowledge/background highly desirable. Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Confidence to learn, access and use different systems and software. Strong attention to detail. A team‑player attitude with a focus on supporting and respecting others.
