As our HR Administrator you’ll play a critical role in supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring our HR systems and compliance processes are accurate, timely, and people focused. Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for HR enquiries via our central inbox Manage onboarding, contract variations, and offboarding processes Maintain employee records and compliance documentation across internal systems Liaise with HR Business Partners and Advisors, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and L&D to keep things running smoothly Support internal portal access, reporting, and employee status changes Provide admin support for HR projects, events, and team coordination Qualifications Experience in an HR, recruitment, or payroll admin role Confidence using HRIS and document management systems (e.g. Aurion) Strong understanding of employee lifecycle and compliance requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills An eye for detail and a passion for getting things right The ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines without compromising accuracy Experience in the NDIS or aged care sector is highly desirable.
