Human Resources (HR) Administrator Permanent 32.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am–4pm $75,367 - $80,825 full time equivalent salary Want to make a real impact? About the role As a HR Administrator at Youth Futures, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our team by handling administrative tasks related to HR functions. Specifically, you’ll: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including assisting with recruitment Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive transition for employees Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee lifecycle data Assist with preparing employee contracts, variations, and onboarding documentation Participate in and contribute positively to team meetings and projects What you’ll bring A strong admin background and experience in HR administration A solutions‑focused mindset and strong work ethic Demonstrated ability to use initiative and maintain a high degree of confidentiality when dealing with employee matters Strong organisational and communication skills with attuned attention to detail The capacity to deliver high quality documentation and meet moving deadlines Competency in using Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) Highly desirable criteria include: Experience using HR Information Systems such as Employment Hero Experience working within a not‑for‑profit Certificate IV in Human Resources An additional benefit: generous salary packaging where you can package up to $15,900 for general living expenses and an additional $2,650 for entertainment benefits per annum.
