In this role, you will provide contemporary, comprehensive specialist anaesthetic services that support optimal outcomes for surgical and procedural patients across the Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD). You will play a key role in supporting and supervising clinicians across multiple disciplines to promote high-quality education and safe clinical practice. What You’ll Be Doing Provide evidence-based anaesthetic care across MLHD sites. Supervise and educate junior doctors and clinical staff. Participate in the on-call roster and occasional regional sessions. Contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement. Collaborate with teams to ensure coordinated patient care. Attend meetings and support departmental administration. What We’re Looking For Specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia in Anaesthesia. Expertise in anaesthesia with a patient-focused approach. Proficiency in using clinical information systems. Strong communication and leadership skills.
