Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Lovisa Pty Ltd Lovisa was established in Australia in 2010 and has rapidly grown to become one of the world’s leading fast‑fashion jewellery retailers. With a strong global focus, we now operate over 1,000 stores across more than 50 markets worldwide, delivering over 150 new styles to our stores each week. As a Merchandise Allocator, you will support the Merchandise department by ensuring high‑quality administration and support services across all stores. Responsibilities Accurately control stock entering the company for all stores globally. Ensure the correct stock goes to the correct location at the correct time. Control all stock transfers between stores. Maintain the accuracy of store stock figures and levels. Ensure stores receive accurate stock levels as per planogram changes weekly. Operate and undertake associated tasks using the Futura system. Maintain min/maxes to optimise allocations for core and new lines. Manage the floorplan layout changes on a weekly basis of all stores globally. Provide stock‑to‑sales ratio analysis and reporting. Communicate with the operations team on any stock‑level queries. Assist the Merchandise team with daily tasks, including emailing, filing, and other duties as requested. Be flexible with working hours; some hours outside core 8.30 am–5.30 pm may be required. Qualifications Strong oral & written communication at all levels. Strong computer skills – Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook – and willingness to develop skills on Futura. Openness to change and desire to understand the strategic direction of the business. Ability to anticipate needs and work autonomously with discretion.
