In This Role, You Will: Lead and coordinate all design consultants — architects, engineers, services, interiors, and more. Run structured design meetings and ensure documentation is fully coordinated. Proactively resolve design issues to maintain cost efficiency and compliance. Uphold revision control and manage the design programme with precision. Ensure documentation matches contractual obligations and construction scope. Foster strong working relationships across consultants, builders, and leadership.
