We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team — someone who can bring strong organisational skills, great communication, and a genuine passion for residential construction. About the Role As our Project Manager , you’ll play a key role in bringing our clients’ dream homes to life. You’ll work closely with our Head Project Manager and collaborate across departments — from design through to handover. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting the Head Project Manager with day‑to‑day project delivery. Managing client communications , particularly around variations and construction progress. Coordinating with trades and suppliers , ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Assisting with scheduling, materials procurement , and documentation. Supporting special projects — including spec homes, internal builds, and design‑led initiatives. Liaising with the sales and design teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre‑sales to post‑sales delivery. This is a dynamic, hands‑on role that offers exposure to every part of the construction process — perfect for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, teamwork, and seeing quality homes come to life. About You You’re a capable and proactive team player who thrives on keeping things organised and moving smoothly. You have a good understanding of residential construction and enjoy interacting with clients, trades, and internal stakeholders alike. You’ll likely have: Previous project management or site coordination experience in residential building. A strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and supplier coordination . Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with clients and trades. Confidence handling variations, cost tracking, and documentation . The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others. A high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
