What You'll Do Develop and drive Bain Australia’s associate consultant graduate recruitment strategy to attract diverse and top talent from Australia & New Zealand universities. Build and maintain relationships with universities and plan campus events, workshops, webinars, and social media marketing. Lead the annual graduate recruiting campaign, managing a high volume of candidates through the end‑to‑end process and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Advance diversity initiatives, delivering the True North Scholarship for Women and First Nations Scholarship Programs. Coordinate interview materials, trainings, and data for screening, shortlisting, and interview decisions. Schedule and manage interview panels, debrief meetings, and follow‑up communications. Organise AC graduate celebration events and any off‑cycle celebrations. Maintain accurate data and reporting in Avature to support data‑driven hiring decisions. Gather feedback on each recruiting campaign, review and recommend process improvements. About You 3+ years of graduate or professional recruitment experience, with full‑cycle recruitment, ideally in professional or financial services. Experience managing graduate recruitment campaigns, stakeholder and candidate relationship management. Experience in event management, recruitment marketing, or program management is highly regarded. Knowledge of the Australian university system is desirable. Strong computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and database management skills. Results‑oriented with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage at all levels. Collaborative, flexible team player.
