Start Date: February 2026 Responsibilities Candidate Management: Interview candidates, manage their experience, and help them find the right job. Client Consulting: Meet with clients to understand their business needs, take job briefs, and maintain strong, long‑term relationships. Manage Recruitment Assignments: Handle various recruitment processes, including posting job ads, searching databases, and interviewing candidates. Fill Jobs: Match the right candidates to the right jobs, ensuring both clients and candidates are satisfied. Business Development: Use sales and marketing techniques to attract new clients and arrange meetings. Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive and enthusiastic team. Event Coordination: Help organise client meetings and events to build stronger connections. Who We Are Looking For Qualifications: Recent graduates or those about to graduate this year, as well as individuals with 1-3 years of experience in a corporate role.
