What are we looking for? We are currently hiring Client Services Consultants to join our inbound and outbound call centre in Ringwood. These casual roles offer flexible shifts between 8 am and 8 pm. As the first point of contact, you will listen, speak, and empathise with potential clients, generating appointments for our lawyers and maintaining a superior level of client service. Generating appointments for lawyers with clients Managing and ensuring the effective resolution of all prospective and existing client enquiries Following up on all prospective client enquiries and handling objections Maintaining a superior level of client service for inbound and outbound calls Re‑directing clients who do not become customers to appropriate services when Slater and Gordon cannot assist Ensuring solicitors receive accurate information of prospective clients and their matters Recording all client information accurately and securely Accurately querying and recording prospective client information to meet business needs, including referral and marketing sources Keeping abreast of key changes to legislation and industry issues that affect practice areas and screening criteria What will you bring? No legal experience is necessary; full training will be provided (three to four week training component). Great customer service skills Tech savvy – able to use multiple computer systems simultaneously while recording information Inbound or outbound calling experience (highly desirable) An excellent communicator and listener A creative thinker who enjoys problem solving Resilient and comfortable with the pressures of a busy call‑centre environment Someone who loves a challenge and is motivated by individual and team goals Enjoys working in a fun, positive team environment Next steps If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly to Slater and Gordon.
