E-Commerce Coordinator & Sales Assistant Sunshine Coast Euro Car Electronics Pty Ltd – Buderim QLD Euro Car Electronics , located in the heart of Maroochydore, is looking for a motivated and technically minded E-Commerce Coordinator to take full ownership of our online store — eurocarupgrades.com.au — and help us drive the next phase of digital growth. We are searching for someone who doesn’t just “manage” a store but runs it like their own business — optimising product listings, managing inventory, improving workflows, and significantly increasing online sales through smart use of GHL CRM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads . This role is ideal for someone passionate about the automotive industry and who understands what makes European vehicles special. You’ll be working daily with thousands of car parts and performance products , so a genuine interest in cars and knowledge of how components fit together is a huge advantage. Every day at Euro Car Electronics is different. We’re a fast-growing automotive technology workshop and e-commerce business , specialising in electronic repairs, diagnostics, and performance tuning . You’ll join a highly skilled and forward-thinking team in our state-of-the-art Maroochydore facility , managing the digital side of operations while collaborating closely with our workshop and sales departments. If you’re a self-starter who loves taking ownership, thrives on improving systems, and can turn marketing tools and inventory data into measurable results — this is your opportunity to make a real impact. Our CRM is bursting with leads, our product range is extensive, and our ads are already performing — now we need the right person to bring it all together and elevate our e-commerce sales to the next level . What You’ll Do: Provide sales and customer support (email, phone, in person). Assist with product uploads, descriptions, and website content. Handle invoices and orders (Xero experience highly regarded). Support marketing with daily social media posts (Meta, Google Ads, etc.). Work closely with the workshop team to coordinate sales, stock, and customer enquiries. What We’re Looking For: Passion for cars & the automotive industry. Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or sales support. Experience with Magento and/or Xero an advantage. Physically fit – able to assist with stock and workshop coordination. A proactive and detail-oriented attitude with a good eye for marketing content. Part-time to full-time: 25–38 hours per week (depending on skills offered). Location: Buderim, Sunshine Coast (workshop based). Training: Full training provided for the right candidate. Career growth: Be part of a small, dynamic team where your work has real impact.
