What is the Job? We’re looking for a bold, creative, numbers loving E Commerce Coordinator to take the wheel of our online store and drive it like you stole it. You’ll manage everything from the back end of Magento to the front end customer experience. Listings, analytics, fulfilment, the whole show. You’ll work alongside our Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinator and in house Videographer to turn big ideas into campaigns that actually make waves. And when we say big, we mean it. We’re about to launch a massive new product that will challenge the market and shake up the marine world. E Commerce will be front and centre for this launch, driving strategy, campaigns, hype and sales. This is an in house role based at our Arundel HQ on the Gold Coast. Remote or hybrid work is not available or negotiable. We’re a face to face, get it done, high fives in the hallway, team lunch kind of crew. And the cherry on top, uncapped commissions. Within this role you will Keep our online store humming with slick listings, pricing and visuals that make people click Add to Cart Team up with marketing to create digital campaigns, seasonal promos and product launches that look as good as they perform Analyse and optimise the online shopping journey to ensure customers can effortlessly discover, engage with and purchase products. Pick, pack and ship orders with pride because presentation is part of the JSW experience Optimise for SEO, SEM, Meta Ads and Google Ads to keep us at the top where we belong Prepare big online sales (Black Friday, EOFY) and make sure the site runs smoother than a Cobalt through calm water Contribute fresh, creative ideas for paid ads, EDMs and organic social campaigns that engage and convert Analyse traffic and performance data with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Studio and Google Search Console Keep an eye on the competition and make sure we’re always a step or a wake ahead Work across departments Sales, Parts, Service and Marketing because we win together Who are you?
