About the role As the Senior E‑Commerce Coordinator at LIONESS, you’ll own the day‑to‑day management and optimisation of our AU and US websites, ensuring accuracy, performance, and alignment with business goals. You’ll lead product merchandising, campaign execution, reporting, and cross‑team collaboration, proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, drive conversion, and contribute to the growth of our online business. Strategic Merchandising Leadership - Lead category and product merchandising strategy, optimising assortment, placement, and promotions to maximise sell‑through and profitability. Campaign & Launch Performance - Oversee planning, execution, and analysis of major site campaigns, product launches, and promotional events, ensuring alignment with brand and sales objectives. Website Experience & Optimisation - Ensure a seamless and engaging online customer experience by directing UI/UX improvements, search functionality, and site performance initiatives.
