We are now expanding our marketing team and looking for a Digital Marketing & E‑Commerce Coordinator — someone smart, organised, curious, and passionate about all things digital. This role is perfect for a marketer who wants to learn, grow and be part of a tight, collaborative team that genuinely enjoys working together. You’ll work closely with our Senior Marketing Manager and Brand & Product Lead to help drive our digital presence across Australia & New Zealand. No two days are the same — you’ll move between SEO, Google Ads, product uploads, e‑comm optimisation, website updates, content scheduling, analytics, and supporting creative campaigns. What You’ll Be Doing Digital & SEO Support Execute SEO improvements across product & content pages Keyword research, metadata optimisation, and technical checks Support organic search growth for LightCo & Lighting Republic E‑Commerce & Website Execution Upload new products into Shopify (tagging, variants, SEO, QA) Maintain site updates, collections, banners, and landing pages Assist with CRO tests and digital improvements Support catalogue listings (Programa, Archipro, etc.) Campaign & Content Support Assist with Google Search & Display campaigns Prepare and upload digital assets for ads Support social media scheduling and community management Assist with EDM builds, formatting and assets Analytics & Reporting Prepare dashboards and exports from GA4, Meta & Shopify Track performance metrics and provide insights to the senior team Team Collaboration Work day‑to‑day with two amazing, experienced senior marketers Collaborate with showroom, sales, and product teams Contribute to a warm, fun and creatively energising working environment About You We’d love to hear from you if you are: 1–3+ years into your digital marketing or e‑commerce career Confident with Shopify (or a similar CMS) Curious, detail‑oriented and love getting things “pixel‑perfect” Comfortable with analytics, tech and multi‑tasking A positive, proactive team player who enjoys being part of a close culture Excited by the design world — lighting, interiors, architecture, or luxury retail Not afraid to ask questions, contribute ideas, and grow quickly Perks & Benefits Join a friendly, fun, supportive team who loves what they do Opportunities for professional development and training Staff discounts on luxury lighting products Be part of a premium brand with genuine growth momentum Regular team lunches, events and creative brand projects Ready to Join Us?
