Were seeking a high-performing FP&A Specialist with expertise in Anaplan to join our supportive finance team. This role is essential in shaping financial strategy through thoughtful modelling forecasting and data integration. What Youll Do Build & Enhance Models : Develop and maintain intuitive financial models forecasts and budgets in Anaplan to support strategic planning Deliver Financial Insights : Monitor performance interpret variances and uncover key drivers using Anaplan and other tools Provide Meaningful Reporting : Present clear actionable insights to senior stakeholders highlighting trends risks and opportunities Partner Across Teams : Collaborate with colleagues to translate business needs into technical solutions that create value Integrate Data Seamlessly : Manage data flows between Anaplan and enterprise systems (ERP HRIS data warehouses) Support Process Improvement : Contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives across financial systems and processes Who You Are 35 years experience in a finance-focused role Certified Anaplan Solution Architect or Level 2 with 3 years of build experience Bachelors degree in Finance plus professional qualification / postgraduate studies Demonstrated experience in Anaplan model building and administration Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities Collaborative mindset with precision in financial interpretation Experience with ERP systems; Tableau or Power BI is a plus Why Compass Group Be part of a globally respected organisation Join a team that values inclusion growth and innovation Enjoy career development opportunities in a purpose-driven culture Make a meaningful impact in how we serve clients and communities Ready to shape the future of financial planning at Compass Group Apply now and bring your expertise to a company thats redefining excellence in food and support services.
