HSEQ Systems & Reporting Advisor 12-month parental leave cover Melbourne or Sydney CBD locations CBRE is seeking a highly motivated HSEQ Systems & Reporting Advisor to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Integrated HSEQ management system. The Opportunity Drive HSEQ management system development and implementation. Monitor and report system performance against strategic objectives. Ensure compliance with legislative changes and codes of practice. Engage stakeholders for effective system understanding and utilization. Manage internal HSEQ System audit function. About you Experienced working as a systems and reporting advisor (HSEQ experience is beneficial). Excel database proficiency, business process understanding and problem‑solving skills. Strong skills with the Microsoft 365 suite, including Power BI and Power Automate. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to build relationships and rapport with clients and business leaders. Minimum Cert IV in Occupational Health & Safety (ideally).
