We have a great opportunity for an experienced Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Advisor to join our team at Wetherill Park, NSW. This position offers a unique opportunity for a proactive individual with proven expertise in developing and overseeing HSEQ initiatives within a dynamic industrial/manufacturing setting. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our operations, offering expert guidance to uphold safety standards and regulatory compliance, while also enhancing our HSEQ frameworks for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Developing and implementing robust HSEQ policies, plans, and systems to elevate safety performance; Managing and maintaining the ResourceCo group accreditation of International Standards for Occupational Health, Safety ISO 45001, Environment ISO 14001 and Quality ISO 9001 for the facility; Managing safety management systems and reporting platforms; Coordinating injury management and return‑to‑work programs; Supervising the operation of laboratory, and maintaining laboratory equipment and standards Maintaining product quality standards from reception to finished product; Engagement with HSEQ regulators. About you: Tertiary Qualifications in HSEQ or related discipline; Sound knowledge of the Health and Safety legislative requirements, contemporary safety matters and best practice; Proficiency in Workers Compensation and OH&S Legislation; Strong communication and organisational skills; A passion for fostering a safety‑first culture within a dynamic environment.
