An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join a dynamic and growing team, supporting a range of construction and mechanical service projects across various phases.About the RoleThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dual-function position, combining Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) management with project administration and document control. You will play a key role in ensuring ongoing compliance with ISO 45001 (OHS), ISO 9001 (Quality), and ISO 14001 (Environmental) systems, while supporting project teams with documentation and systems performance.Key Responsibilities Implement, monitor, and continuously improve ISO Management Systems (45001, 9001, 14001) Conduct internal audits, site inspections, and support incident investigations Manage document control systems, ensure version control, and support procedural reviews Coordinate and deliver HSEQ training, inductions, and awareness programs Prepare reports, manage corrective actions, and maintain risk registers Support Project Managers in project administration tasks including documentation, risk assessments, and claims preparation Maintain records of licences, inductions and training Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to drive compliance and continuous improvement What You'll Bring Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety, Quality Management, or related discipline 5 years' experience in a similar role within construction, HVAC, or mechanical services Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and Australian Standards Experience using systems like SharePoint, Aconex, or Hammertech Additional Requirements White Card (Construction Card) Current Driver's Licence This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys working in a structured and supportive environment where their efforts directly contribute to safe, compliant, and efficient project delivery.Ready to make an impact?
