What We Offer Hands‑on mentoring from experienced professionals Valuable experience in the HSEQ field Comprehensive training to help you grow your skills and knowledge A supportive environment where your contributions are valued Position Highlights As an Entry‑Level HSEQ Advisor, you will play a key role in maintaining our HSEQ systems and compliance standards across multiple clients and projects in Australia. Your responsibilities will include managing the HSEQ email inbox, supporting the development of our HSEQ software system, coordinating training needs, and contributing to incident investigations. Key Responsibilities Maintain HSEQ email communications and alert relevant stakeholders Assist in the development and implementation of HSEQ systems and training modules Compile and manage data for HSEQ reporting and document control Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes Support internal audits and client accreditation processes What You Bring A proactive safety‑first mentality Excellent organisational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) A keen attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality A valid Australian Driver’s Licence Successful candidates will be required to complete a medical assessment and provide a police clearance.
