Job Description What We Offer Competitive remuneration package Permanent full-time position with a strong long‑term project pipeline Exposure to some of Australia’s largest demolition and decommissioning projects Career development and progression opportunities Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Corporate HSEQ Manager and working closely with the Project Manager, the HSEQ Advisor will: Provide HSE advice, coaching and support to site teams Conduct audits, inspections, behavioural observations and risk assessments Lead incident reporting and ICAM investigations Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and safety training Review and improve JHAs, SWMS and Work Packs Monitor subcontractor WHS compliance Liaise with clients, subcontractors and regulators Prepare reports and documentation Promote health, wellbeing and safety initiatives Desired Skills and Experience About You Certificate IV in WHS (mandatory) 3–5 years HSEQ experience in construction, demolition or heavy industry Strong knowledge of Victorian WHS legislation White Card Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proficient in Microsoft Office TAE or audit experience (desirable) Experience in demolition/civil environments (highly regarded) Why Join Us?
