About the Role We’re on the lookout for a skilled Concrete Repairer / Remediation Contractor to join our growing team. You’ll be hands‑on across a range of structural repair and remediation projects. You’ll work with a crew that takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and delivering solid results on time. If you’re reliable, take initiative, and enjoy seeing the results of a job well done, this could be the role for you. PCA have an upcoming concrete repair project in Sydney, you’ll be responsible for running a small team with labourers to assist you in taking charge of the work. What You’ll Be Doing Carrying out concrete patching, crack injection, spalling repair, and protective coating works Leading small concrete repair teams, whilst being hands‑on carrying out repairs Preparing and finishing surfaces to high standards Applying repair mortars, sealants, and protective coatings Using power tools, grinders, jackhammers, and hand tools safely and effectively Reading and following job specifications and site instructions Working within safety, environmental, and quality standards at all times Collaborating with supervisors and other trades on site What We’re Looking For Proven experience in concrete repair, remediation, or similar trade work Good understanding of concrete repair products and techniques Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship White Card (required) Confined Space, Working at Heights, and EWP tickets (advantageous) Driver’s licence and reliable transport Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us Initial project based in Sydney, central location.
