Psychotherapist/Behaviour Support Practitioner Melbourne, Australia Base pay range: A$75,000.00/yr – A$100,000.00/yr Overview Humanity Health Group is dedicated to improving quality of life every day. As a Psychotherapist/Behaviour Support Practitioner you will provide education and support to NDIS participants and families, working autonomously within a multidisciplinary team to help participants achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities Plan, deliver, and evaluate education and support services to NDIS participants Collaborate with other health professionals and NDIS-related entities Provide high‑quality, timely reports that meet participant and stakeholder needs Maintain accurate records, billing, and invoicing Regularly update stakeholders on participant progress Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders Opportunity to participate in a traineeship program Essential Criteria Psychotherapist registration (or eligibility to register) Passion for supporting diverse clients and their families Experience working with individuals with disabilities Completion of NDIS mandatory orientation module Excellent verbal and written communication skills Satisfactory criminal record and working with children check Valid Australian Driver’s License and access to your own vehicle Desirable Criteria Experience in clinical settings working with individuals with disabilities Familiarity with the NDIS framework and processes Apply To apply, please email your CV to or call .
