Join to apply for the Behaviour Support Practitioner Sydney role at Humanity Health Group Job Details Title: Psychotherapist/Behaviour Support Practitioner Type: Full-time Permanent Location: Sydney Salary: A$75,000 – A$100,000 Team: Care Squared About the Role As a Psychotherapist/Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will provide education and support to NDIS participants and families, including evidence-based assessments and interventions. You will work autonomously, as well as within a multidisciplinary team, to ensure our participants achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Key Responsibilities Plan, deliver, and evaluate education and support services to NDIS participants Collaborate with other health professionals and NDIS-related entities Provide high- quality, timely reports that meet participant and stakeholder needs Maintain accurate records, billing, and invoicing Regularly update stakeholders on participant progress Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders Traineeship opportunities available About You You are compassionate, conscientious, and possess strong communication and time‑management skills. You are ready to work both independently and as part of a team to deliver outstanding support.
