We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic candidates to commence a Commercial Cookery (Chef) Apprenticeship This position offers the opportunity to work under several highly qualified chefs in a very fast‑paced industry. If you have a positive attitude, a great work ethic and a willingness to learn, apply now Recent school leavers & out‑of‑trade apprentices are also encouraged to apply Duties may include, but are not limited to: Assist with the preparation and cooking of high‑quality meals for our customers, in accordance with our menu and recipes. Learn how to manage the kitchen, including stock control, ordering, and food preparation schedules. Adhere to all health and safety standards, including food hygiene and sanitation. Work closely with the team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard. Learn to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment. Any other tasks requested by the host employer. Applicants will ideally meet the following criteria: Have a real passion for food. Be eligible to complete an apprenticeship. Demonstrate a great attitude and willingness to work. Be motivated with a positive attitude. Be reliable, punctual and able to demonstrate initiative. Be well presented. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
