Transport Operations Supervisor

Rocke Brothers has an exciting opportunity for an experiencedTransport Operations Supervisor to join our team based at Tottenham. We are looking for someone who can lead with expertise, improve efficiencies, and ensure smooth daily transport operations. What you’ll be doing: Promoting a safety-first culture ensuring commitment to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation and regulatory compliance (NHVL). Effectively allocate and schedule drivers/subcontractors fleet. Supervise subcontractors and fleet requirements to ensure work is completed in an effective and efficient manner. Driving productivity and efficiency improvements within the operations including safety improvement, fleet utilisation, fatigue management and more. Building and developing a high-performance team. Ensuring that all customer/company KPIs are achieved, and improvement plans are developed and implemented. Identifying operational issues, potential problems and opportunities for process improvement. What we’re looking for: Previous experience in Operations Supervisor or similar position. Proven record of leading teams and engaging a diverse workforce. Strong understanding of industry regulations (CoR, OH&S, fatigue, mass limits) and operational best practices. Ability to be flexible with changes and willingness to learn new systems and procedures. Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders. Experience with various Transport Management Systems. Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Why Join Our Team?
