What we are looking for Proven Experience: Demonstrated background working as a medical receptionist, with an understanding of the demands and expectations of the role. Exceptional Communication: Outstanding communication skills, showing a willingness to go above and beyond when supporting patients, healthcare providers, and fellow team members. Interpersonal Skills: Warmth and empathy in interactions, fostering positive relationships within the practice and with patients. Organisation and Administration: Strong organisational and administrative abilities, including the capacity to multitask and effectively prioritise tasks. Technical Proficiency: Experience using Best Practice Medical Software, as well as proficiency with other standard office software required for daily operations. Adaptability and Teamwork: Flexible and adaptable approach to work, maintaining a positive, can‑do attitude and collaborating effectively within a team environment. Commitment to Care: A dedication to delivering high‑quality patient care and consistently upholding the values of the practice. Easy access to transport and off‑street parking The practice is in walking distance to the Clifton Hill Train Station, buses also frequently stop at the station and the Number 86 Tram is within a very short walk from the practice.
