We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our Far North Coast team in Tweed Heads, Banora Point and Murwillumbah. You will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with disabilities to participate in their communities, achieve their personal goals, and enhance their independence. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks. Support clients to participate in community activities, recreational outings, and social events. Maintain accurate and detailed client records. Adhere to individual care plans and ensure the safety and well being of clients at all times. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
