The Opportunity As the Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of end‑to‑end operations and play a key part in the company’s next phase of growth. This is a senior role for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment and wants to build high‑performing, efficient and scalable operational systems. You Will: Lead daily operations across logistics, warehousing and procurement Drive continuous improvement, efficiencies and operational discipline Oversee WHS, supplier performance, and quality standards (ISO 9001) Manage and improve key systems including WMS, EDI, reporting and automation Provide strong people leadership, coaching and accountability Work closely with the CFO and executive team on strategic execution About You You’re an experienced operations leader who enjoys variety, ownership and the satisfaction of improving how a business runs. You’ll bring: 5+ years in a senior operations, manufacturing or distribution leadership role Proven success uplifting processes, systems and people Experience with ISO 9001, audits and continuous improvement Strong financial and commercial oversight Confidence navigating and improving operational technology (WMS, Excel, software upgrades) A desire to live and work on the Mid North Coast, this role is full-time on site Why Relocate to the Mid North Coast?
