Job Description We are seeking experienced Supervisors with full availability to join our North Lakes Drive‑Thru Restaurant. Responsibilities Opening and closing the restaurant. Supervising employees, including juniors. Training and developing all staff to achieve outstanding results. Training new employees. Monitoring store performance and meeting KPI's. Handling customer complaints and concerns. Food preparation, including deep‑fryer/grill use. Cash handling and register operation. Cleaning and maintaining the store. Qualifications Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and school holidays. Prior experience in a fast‑paced, fast‑food restaurant desirable but not essential. Mandatory Requirements Food Safety Certificate – I'm Alert Food Safety Course (free online).
