Overview As a Care Coordinator, you will act as the bridge between our members and the Everlab team, ensuring each member feels supported, informed, and valued throughout their health optimisation journey. The role is full‑time with 1–2 days per week in‑office for team members located near the Sydney or Melbourne offices. Remote work is an option for those outside these cities. Key Responsibilities Enable high standards of care for Everlab consults by completing key operational tasks such as retrieving results, preparing medical reports, resolving system or data issues, and ensuring accuracy across all member records. Schedule appointments, follow up on diagnostic test results, and liaise with Everlab doctors and external partners to ensure members receive the care they need at the right time. Proactively seek member feedback to identify areas for improvement and advocate for member needs within the team. Qualifications Full‑time availability with 1–2 in‑office days preferred for those near the Sydney or Melbourne offices. Strong written and spoken communication skills; able to explain complex information clearly and empathetically. Tech‑savvy and process‑mindful; comfortable working with multiple systems and digital tools; experience with healthcare platforms, CRM systems, or clinical data is a plus. Customer‑obsessed: treat members like family and go above and beyond to delight them. Team‑player: communicate kindly, give and receive honest feedback, and focus on team success. Ownership mindset: autonomous, confident decision‑maker, proactive in learning and improving. (Nice to have) Health sciences background or clinical experience.
