As a member of the Lineage team, you are a critical link in the food supply chain.The Asia-Pacific region currently includes Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Singapore employing nearly 3000 team members.Senior Technical Platform Specialist - Blue YonderLineage is embarking on one of the most significant technology transformations in our history: the global rollout of the **Blue Yonder Transportation Management System (TMS)**.We’re looking for a **Senior Technical Platform Specialist – Blue Yonder** to play a critical role in this journey—someone who is equal parts business analyst, platform expert, project leader and trusted advisor.If you’re energised by complex supply chain environments, love solving problems at scale and want to make a global impact, this is a rare opportunity to lead from the front.## **About the Role**As the organisation’s “go-to” Blue Yonder expert, you will guide advanced projects, troubleshoot complex issues and ensure the successful deployment and ongoing optimisation of the BY TMS platform across multiple countries.You’ll work at the intersection of operations, technology and transformation—translating business needs into platform solutions, designing integrations, coordinating testing and training and helping teams adopt new ways of working.Post-go-live, you’ll continue to drive enhancements, ensure system SLAs are met and support our global transport community.This role demands deep expertise in **Blue Yonder TMS, TMOD and TM**, strong supply chain acumen, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while staying hands-on with the platform.## **Key Responsibilities*** Lead the rollout, configuration, integration and enhancement of Blue Yonder TMS across global trucking markets.* Partner with business and IT teams to analyse, document and translate requirements into scalable platform solutions.* Evaluate feasibility, propose solutions, and guide configuration or development work to meet operational needs.* Build strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption.* Oversee testing, documentation, and training activities to ensure smooth delivery of new capabilities.* Monitor platform performance, resolve complex issues and contribute to major incident management.* Ensure BY licensing, SOX controls, security protocols and support frameworks are properly maintained.* Stay ahead of industry developments and bring forward innovative ideas that strengthen our TMS strategy.## ## **What You Bring*** Extensive Blue Yonder expertise – deep knowledge of TMS SaaS, TMOD, TM and hands-on implementation/upgrade experience.* Strong understanding of transport, logistics and supply chain operations.* Experience guiding platform design, integrations and configuration in complex environments.* Proven project/portfolio management capability across multiple priorities.* Ability to translate business processes into technical requirements.* High intellectual curiosity, analytical strength and problem-solving ability.* Skilled communicator who can influence across all levels of the organisation.* Understanding of SDLC frameworks (Agile/Waterfall), system engineering, information security and architecture standards.* Significant IT experience: Bachelor’s degree required (MBA advantageous).## **Life at Lineage**At Lineage, you’ll join a global organisation driven by purpose—feeding the world safely and sustainably.
