Location – Canberra, Melbourne or Sydney Salary range – $127,641~$149,295 (depending on experience) plus 15.4% superannuation Permanent role Applications close at 11:59pm AEDT, Friday 14 November 2025 The team The Chief Risk Office manages ASIC's integrity risk framework, including the coordination of risk and control review programs, providing critical oversight and analysis of risk culture and integrity across the organisation. The role As an Integrity Risk Specialist, you will be accountable for: Providing oversight of ASIC's integrity risk and controls framework, including fraud management, conflicts of interest, bribery, and corruption. Collaborating with business units to identify integrity risks and design appropriate controls. Working with the Central Compliance team to evaluate key integrity controls. Contributing to the ongoing development of team artefacts, including training materials. Preparing Commission and Executive-level briefing papers. About You Are you ready to shape the future of integrity risk management and make a real impact where it matters most? We're Looking For Candidates With Advanced experience in a second line risk management/risk consulting role, or a role focused on conduct and integrity in a government agency or regulated entity. Cert IV in Government Investigations (highly valued). Demonstrated ability or understanding of managing whistleblower complaint platforms and investigations. Experience in developing risk and control frameworks, especially integrating legal and legislative obligations. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Analytical skills to interpret and report on risk issues and incidents. Experience in developing and leading group and 1-on-1 training.
