This involves gathering information, structuring training logically and producing multimedia training materials that facilitate learning using the principles of instructional design. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information for training content. Conduct interviews and meetings to understand training needs. Plan and structure training materials logically for learners. Create detailed storyboards and multimedia training content. Update and refresh existing training materials, including new product features. Support the development of self‑paced and coherent learning journeys. About You This role will be ideal for someone early in their career with a relevant degree such as writing, interactive and visual design, IT, film and television production, education or a related field. Other Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications Understanding of the fundamentals of instructional design. Skills or strong interest in video editing and developing digital learning content; motion graphics abilities are a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excited by technology and eager to learn how to use software, including AI‑powered content creation tools.
