Case Manager – Commonwealth Psychosocial Support Program (CPSP) Location: Port Pirie | Status: Part Time FTE 0.4 – Contract 12 months | Closing date: 30th November 2025 About The Position Uniting Country SA's Mental Health suite of services are funded to deliver long or short-term mental health psychosocial or case managed support, in addition to education and community involvement. Key Responsibilities Provide support to people severely impacted by mental illness to increase access to appropriate support services at the right time. Enhance personal capacity, confidence and self‑reliance. Assist with the NDIS process. Support ability to manage daily activities. Facilitate community participation (social and economic). Essential Qualifications & Experience Case management experience. Strong relationship building and communication skills (both written and verbal). Current Australian Driver’s Licence. Two (2) years relevant experience in a paid or voluntary capacity. Knowledge of regional mental health supports and referral pathways. Desirable Qualifications Qualification in a Human Services related discipline (e.g., Certificate IV in Community Services or Mental Health). Additional Requirements Availability for some out‑of‑hours work and travel between Uniting Country SA sites or interstate as required.
