Frontline Support Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Case Manager to join our team in Cairns, QLD. This is a subcontracting role, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children, youth and families within our community. As a Case Manager, you will play a crucial part in coordinating and delivering essential support services to vulnerable individuals and families. What you're doing Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored support plans Coordinating the provision of a range of services including counselling, referrals and practical assistance Advocating on behalf of clients to ensure they receive appropriate support and access to resources Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to deliver holistic, wrap-around care Maintaining detailed case notes and records in accordance with organisational policies and procedures Participating in regular supervision and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge What we're looking for Relevant tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, or a related field Minimum 2 years' experience as a Case Manager or similar role in the community services sector Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex situations Familiarity with child protection legislation, regulations and reporting requirements Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across multiple stakeholders Excellent time management and organisational skills to prioritise and manage a diverse caseload What we offer At Frontline Support Services, we are committed to supporting the professional and personal growth of our employees.
