Accounts Receivable Officer 3-Month Temporary Assignment Fremantle, Western Australia $40 per hour + Superannuation We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to support a well-established organisation in Fremantle on a 3-month temporary contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can confidently manage the end-to-end AR function. Key Responsibilities Manage the shared Accounts Inbox and respond to account-related queries. Assist with customer ledger management and general account maintenance. Follow up on outstanding payments and arrange suitable payment plans where needed. Liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve AR queries. Perform account reconciliations and process credit notes and adjustments. Accurately allocate payments and maintain data integrity. Support AR reporting and general ledger monitoring. About You Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
