Client Liaison Officer

About the Role As a Client Liaison Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for valued clients. With a focus on construction and general administration services your responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional service. Track and monitor project timelines, milestones, and key dates, informing clients of any changes or delays. Schedule and attend client meetings including but not limited to pre‑start meetings, colour selections, site walkthroughs, and handover. Manage general administration duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Collaborate with construction supervisors, estimators, and administrative staff to ensure timely flow of information and updates to clients. About You Demonstrated Professional Presentation: Ability to represent the company in a polished, professional, and confident manner across all client and stakeholder interactions. Passionate & Enthusiastic: You have a genuine interest in the new home building industry and are eager to help clients build their dream homes. Time Management: Ability to work autonomously, apply structure and remain punctual. Adaptive Communication Skills with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism. Understanding or previous experience in the construction industry will be highly regarded. Current driver’s licence and vehicle.
