Trainee Used Vehicle Valuer/ Buyer

Due to continued growth and strong demand, Airport Toyota has an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Vehicle Buyer to join their dynamic team Working closely with our Used Vehicle Manager, Buyers, and Valuers, the key focus of this role is to learn how to successfully and proactively source and purchase vehicles on behalf of the Dealership to achieve strong results and profitability. You will obtain extensive training to develop your skills The goal will be taking full ownership for purchasing, maintaining a strong commercial awareness and achieving Dealership profitability targets. No Experience? No Worries If you are self‑motivated with a 'can‑do' customer‑centric attitude and a desire to exceed KPIs, we will provide training to suit. YOU: Outstanding communication and excellent negotiation skills Ability to form long term business partnerships to leverage future transactions and purchases Self‑motivated and financially hungry with a desire to meet and exceed targets and KPIs Previous experience in the automotive industry as a Buyer, Sales Consultant, Mechanic or Panel Beater is highly regarded but not essential Current Drivers’ licence is essential What's in it for YOU?
