FullTimeWork for one of WA's leading disability agenciesAttractive salary packaging options up to $18,550Make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilitiesAs Identitywa's Team Leader, you will lead a team of DSWs to deliver SIL services in houses across the Perth Metro area.We are one of WA's leading disability agencies that supports its Participants to achieve positive and meaningful outcomes. We are looking for individuals who have Team Leader experience within the SIL environment, or similar. You will be tasked with coordination of participants within your caseload, close liaison with their families and stakeholders, as well as leadership of a team of DSWs.We can offer you:Competitive hourly rateAttractive Salary Packaging options up to $18,550

along with internal and external professional developmentEquipment provided with ongoing support from our IT teamWhat you will bring to the team:Minimum Cert IV in Disability or equivalentSkills in coaching and mentoring to support growth and development of Support Workers in delivering high quality services to Participants and their familiesMinimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role (Disability and Shared Living experience preferred)Proven ability in participant case management including stakeholder management.Promote our values, including the human right for everyone to be contributing members of the communityWillingness to share ideas and think outside the boxDemonstrate a clear commitment to the Core Values of IdentitywaCoaching experience (desirable)A working knowledge of the NDIS, and experience in working with participants to achieve their goals in line with their NDIS plan.How to apply:If the above sounds like you, and you are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives, we want to hear from youPlease apply through our website or through seek with your cover letter and resume.
