Receptionist / Office Support

We're looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist / Office Support to be the welcoming face and the operational heart of our office. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and the reliable support for our internal team. What You'll Be Doing Based in our modern Gosford office, you’ll be responsible for providing a friendly and professional first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and team members. The key responsibilities are managing the reception area, maintaining office operations, and providing administrative support across the organisation. Duties include: Staff the reception desk between business hours, providing a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and clients. Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, directing them to the appropriate team members. Ensure the office is tidy, well‑stocked, and running efficiently which includes office supplies management, coordinating mail processes, arranging catering, and maintaining staff facilities/kitchen cleanliness including waste management. Other administrative duties as assigned including data entry, filing, photocopying, printing, collation, scanning of records and housing applications, preparation of tenant welcome packs for lease kits. What You'll Bring to the Team We’re seeking someone who is eager to contribute and has a solid foundation in office administration. Proven experience (1-3 years preferred) in a similar reception, front‑of‑house, or administrative support role. Certificate III or above in office/administration qualifications are not essential but will be highly regarded. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, friendly, and courteous phone manner. Strong customer service skills, working across a varied and diverse individuals both internally and externally. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to prioritise tasks and juggle competing demands without missing a beat. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a comfort with learning new software systems. A proactive, flexible, can‑do attitude.
