Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Client Advisor and Made to Measure Specialist, with an eye for style and an experience in menswear and suiting based on Collins St, Melbourne CBD. The Role Engage and build lasting relationships with clients, offering personalised styling advice and product knowledge Showcase expertise in menswear collections, with a preference for experience in tailoring and alterations. Demonstrate a deep understanding of current fashion trends and the ability to translate them into personalised recommendations for clients. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client feels valued and leaves with a memorable shopping experience. Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store. Skills & Experience Proven experience in menswear, with an understanding of tailoring and alterations or experience within luxury fine jewellery/ watches. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with diverse clients. Passion for delivering unparalleled customer service and creating a luxurious shopping atmosphere. Flexibility to work in a dynamic retail environment, including weekends and holidays. Enthusiasm for staying up to date with the latest fashion trends. Proactive attitude, willingness to constantly learn and improve and ability to step out of your comfort zone.
